This Privacy Policy describes how the Flicklane mobile game (“the App”, “we”, “us”), published by The Happy Smash Iron, handles your information.
Flicklane itself does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The game runs entirely on your device and can be played without an internet connection. However, the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, and AdMob may collect certain data as described below.
Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information ourselves. The App does not include account creation, analytics, or any first-party data collection.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows banner, interstitial and optional rewarded-video advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service operated by Google. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect data such as:
- Device identifiers (e.g. the Android Advertising ID)
- Approximate location derived from IP address
- Ad interaction data (e.g. impressions and clicks)
- General device and diagnostic information
This data is collected and processed by Google under its own policies. We do not receive or store this data ourselves. For details, see:
Users in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and can change their choice at any time from Privacy options on the game’s start screen. You can also limit ad personalization on your device via Settings → Google → Ads (for example, by resetting or deleting your Advertising ID).
Data stored on your device
The App saves the following only on your own device using local storage, to preserve your experience between sessions:
- Your high score
- Your selected car colors
- Your in-game “lights” balance and whether you bought ad removal
This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party. Uninstalling the App removes this data.
Permissions
The App does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, files, or any sensitive device permissions. It uses the standard internet permission solely so that advertisements can be delivered and purchases can be processed; the game itself works offline.
Children’s privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone, including children. Ads are served through Google AdMob in accordance with Google’s advertising policies, and ads in sensitive categories such as alcohol and gambling are blocked.
In-app purchases
The App offers optional purchases (ad removal and packs of in-game lights) through Google Play Billing. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play; we never see or store your payment details. See Google Play’s terms and privacy policy for how Google processes purchases.
Third-party services
The only third-party services integrated in the App are Google AdMob (advertising) and Google Play Billing (purchases), as described above. No other analytics or data collection services are used.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new “Last updated” date.
